By selecting, "yes" and submitting this form, we agree it will be the responsibility of our organization to cover any and all damages above normal wear and tear during the use of United Way meeting space.
We agree to leave the room as it was found, with all trash or any outside owned items removed. If additional cleaning is necessary after the use of the room, in the sole discretion of UWCA, then we shall be responsible for the cost of cleaning. We understand and agree that alcoholic beverages, tobacco products of any kind, illegal substances, and weapons are not allowed on UWCA property. We agree to properly shut down all UWCA equipment and return the equipment to the designated location within the room. We agree to not have any food or beverages unless approved in advance by UWCA. We agree to notify facilityhelpdesk@uwca.org in case of any spills or damage to UWCA property. We agree that we are responsible for all damage or loss caused by or resulting in whole or in part to any property, person, or organization from the use of UWCA space and that United Way of Central Alabama is not and shall not be liable for any such harm, damage, or loss and we will indemnify, reimburse, defend, and bear the full cost of any claim or cause of action related to our use of UWCA meeting space. We further understand that depending on the size, nature and length of our meeting, we may be required to show evidence of liability insurance naming UWCA as an insured as a condition for using the space.
